Creating a new post

There are three steps in creating a new post:

Step 1: Choose where to post on social media.

    • On Facebook: you can post on your personal wall or on your company page/s.
    • On Twitter: you can post on your twitter account, which can be your personal profile or your company profile/s.
    • On LinkedIn: you can only post on your personal profile. (Posting on your LinkedIn company page or on groups will be available in the future).

    • Note: To be able to post on social media you need to connect your social media accounts with MailUp. For example, Twitter will ask you to authorize the MailUp app:

To add your social media accounts go to Settings > List settings > Social Media Accounts. For more info, view this page.

Step 2: Write the message content

Based on step 1, one or more tabs will be shown. If you have selected all three social media channels three tabs will show:

Each tab has its own key features tailored to each social media channel. After working on a tab you can continue to another one without having to click on Save. Once you are done on the tabs you have chosen, continue and click on Next to send/schedule the post/s.
