You can easily check at any time all the email addresses that have been unsubscribed from your messages (voluntarily or automatically) under Recipients > Channels > Emails > Unsubscribed. Here you can also filter unsubscribed based on:

  • email address
  • message
  • unsubscribe type

Unsubscribe type

Via admin actionUnsubscribed by the administrator by changing the user status
Via unsubscribe linkUnsubscribed by the user by clicking on the unsubscription link included in your message
Via importUnsubscribed during the import process, by selecting the advanced option Import as unsubscribed (opted out)
Email was incorrectAutomatic unsubscription due to incorrect email. More info
Due to spam complaintRecipients clicking the "spam" button in the ISP webmail menu (e.g. Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, etc.)
Email was incorrect (bad syntax)Email addresses with syntax errors (e.g. without a "@")
Email was invalid (bad domain)Email related to a no longer existing domain
Email was incorrect (abandoned account)Email address that was abandoned by the user. More info
Due to inactive recipientUsers who have not performed any activity in the latest period. More info
Due to blocked emailEmail blocked. More info
Due to blocked email (target MTA block)Email blocked due to known spammer. More info
Due to blocked email (spam content)Email blocked due to spam content detected. More info
Due to blocked email (target MTA configuration error)Email blocked due to recipient configuration error. More info
