The method MailUpSend.SendMessageNL requires the loading of a contacts database from a specified data file and the mailing of a predefined message to those contacts. You will be responsible for transferring the file to MailUp via FTP, in CSV format. The CSV file can also be provided in a compressed format using ZIP compression
