This section of your admin console allows you to change the main settings of the list you are in.
It's divided into four areas:

Here you can modify the categorization of your messages, sender parameters such as email address, or email and sms sender name, enable subscription confirmation messages, modify unsubscription settings, set advanced options both for email and text messages.
