To delete all subscribed recipients from the database, you must first create a group in console control panel of all the recipients.Create a group Recipients > Manager Group Recipients, click New Group tab. Name the group. Go to Recipients > Email > Subscribed: In the "random recipients," enter the total amount of subscribers. Select "Move" to the group you created. Then, go back to Mange Group Recipients, select your group by going to the action box and select delete. Note: we do not encourage you to delete unsubscribed. |
