This area of the "Preferences" section is divided in its turn into 5 sub-areas that allow to completely customize your messages:
Categorization
Be sure you set these parameters correctly if you want your statistics to provide a comparison between your mailings and those of industry competitors using our system.
Parameters you can set are message type, recipient type, industry.
Sender
Here you can modify email sender name, from email, header sender, reply-to, sms sender name. Mouse-over the question marks 
for further details about these features.
Subscription
Allows you to enable or disable confirmation messages both to email and sms subscribers, and to edit the confirmation message sent to new recipients.
Unsubscription
Choose here which kind of unsubscription method you want to use; you can also enable or disable the message that the system sends to the administrator every time a recipients chooses to unsubscribe.
