The final step in your email campaign is to send the email by:

Sender Name, Sender Email, and Reply-to Email

Every email marketing campaign should have a meaningful sender name and sender email (i.e. the from email) and reply-to email.

Your from email should be an email address recognizable and viewed trustworthy to your recipients.

Your reply-to email (i.e. the email that your recipients can write to by clicking on the reply) should be recognizable and friendly, as opposed to a no-reply@company.com address. The purpose of having a friendly reply-to email is to encourage your recipients to contact you.

Dynamic Sender

Check the Select sender from recipient data fields to take advantage of Dynamic Sender, an advanced feature which allows you to assign which from email addresses will be sent to which recipient in your mailing.

  • This feature is particularly useful for a company's sales team. Each sales representative's email address is dynamically matched to his/her customers. This means that you can create one customized email that is sent with the corresponding sales representative's email address to the correct recipients.

Choosing Recipients

Select who you want to send your email campaign to. Choose to send the email to all subscribers in your list or to one or more groups in your list. To send your mailing to just a few email addresses, choose the manual selection tab.

To further segment your mailing list, you can apply one or more filters. Filters can be found under Marketing+ > Filters. For more information on Filters, go to this page.

Mailing Preview and Queue

The Mailing Preview section displays the estimated sending time of your email message and a final recipient count of recipients:

Check that the recipient count is correct and choose Schedule mailing or Setup immediate mailing.

Send Status

To start the sending task, click on either button and then click on Send.

Deleting a scheduled mailing

Once your email is in the Send status section, you have to click on the Actions drop-down menu of the email message you want to delete

    • Click on Queue preview
    • On the Mailing Preview page, click on Manage queue.
    • Under the Manage queue, scroll down and you will find the Delete queue button:

Improvement

Soon you will be able to delete an email from the mailing queue from the Send Status page.

To manage the sending queue of your current mailings go to Email > Send Status. For more information, view this page.
