Difference between login and trial
With the new login page we have made it clear to the user how to access the reserved area and how to access a trial.
By clicking on the login button, from the homepage MailUp.com
...you will get to the reserved area where you can:
- check the expiration of your account
- make payments
- access the admin console
By clicking on Try it for 30 days
...you will register to try MailUp for 30 days
How to make the login
From the MailUp homepage click on the Login button at the top right ...
...and you will be directed to this page:
Username is not the email you registered with. But it's the ACCOUNT ID you can find at the top right of your admin page (see below)
How to recover your username and password
By clicking on either Forgot username you will receive them in your mailbox
