Look & Feel: what changes

Look & Feel page allows you to upload your own logo, colors, and fonts to customize all the pages that confirm subscription or unsubscription, those for post-subscription, profile update and unsubscription and many others.

If you made changes in the past by inserting redirects or using HTML and/or CSS to customize front-end pages, check the table below to see what changes.

Customizations
New Look & Feel

Did you change the post-subscription page in the past using HTML or CSS?

The changes will be reset. You will need to proceed with the configuration via the new page Look & Feel after the update.

Did you change the post-profiling page in the past using HTML or CSS?

The changes will be reset. You will need to proceed with the configuration via the new page Look & Feel after the update.

Did you change the post-unsubscription page in the past using HTML or CSS?

The changes will be reset. You will need to proceed with the configuration via the new page Look & Feel after the update.

Did you change the One-click unsubscribe pages in the past using HTML or CSS?

The changes will be reset. You will need to proceed with the configuration via the new page Look & Feel after the update.

In the past have you inserted HTML in the footer or in the header in Look & Feel page (subscription, unsubscription, profile update etc ...)? Have you customized the CSS?

It is no longer possible to insert free HTML or a custom CSS.

To add personalized content we suggest you create a landing page and insert the redirect to that page.

Have you used redirects in the subscription process in the past?

The changes will not be lost, but we recommend you to check that the redirects have been retained.
In the past, did you include redirects in the one-click unsubscription process?The changes will not be lost, but we recommend you to check that the redirects have been retained.

Have you created Landing pages using the HTML editor?

Nothing changes, your Landing pages will not change.

Did you create a profile update or subscription form using the HTML editor?

Nothing changes, your Forms will not change.

Did you create a form using the drag & drop editor by applying one of the available styles (eg dark / green)?

Nothing changes, your forms will not change. Following confirmation pages inherit the style that was applied to the main form.

Furthermore, by enabling the new Look & Feel, you will have access to a new intuitive interface for:

  • all the unsubscription pages 
  • list published newsletters
  • platform published newsletters list

Finally, you have two new features:

  • use redirect in profile update forms
  • use redirect after unsubscription
     
  • Look & Feel customization affect the list in which they are made, this means that it is possible to apply different styles to each list
  • If you switch to the new Look & Feel but do not customize the page, the default style is applied.
