Credits are needed to send out SMS campaigns. The number of credits available is always required for sending SMS campaigns. The consumption of credits varies based on the recipient's country of origin and the length of the message. There is therefore no correspondence of 1 credit consumed for each recipient reached, in fact to send to 10 recipients it may take more than 10 credits.
The number of available credits (the total remaining purchased credits minus those used for a scheduled shipment, if any) is visible in the lower left part of the platform. To access credits management options, click on that number. You will be presented with two choicesBy clicking on it, you can access the related menu, divided into two parts.

From this page. The validity of your credit package is 2 years and payment is made in advance. To extend the expiration simply purchase a new credit package.

In this section, you can choose whether to allow all your lists to freely use credits or access your credit package, or you can set a spending limit for any each list.

In the Agency Control Panel you can also move credits from one account (customer) to another.
SMS Price per country
These pages are whitelabel and can be used or embedded to calculate the number of credits used for sending 1 SMS in every country.

What happens if you don't use expiring credits?
On the day of expiration, expired credits will be subtracted from credits not assigned to specific lists. If these are not sufficient, the remainder will be deducted in a proportionate manner among those assigned.
To find out how many unassigned credits there are, consult the page in the Credits > Credit Allocation platform which you can reach by clicking on "SMS Credits" in the menu on the left, at the bottom.
