You can easily check at any time all the email addresses that have been unsubscribed from your messages (voluntarily or automatically) under Recipients > Channels > Emails > Unsubscribed. Here you can also filter unsubscribed based on:
- email address
- message
- unsubscribe type
Unsubscribe type
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Via admin action and import | Unsubscribed by the administrator by changing the user status |
| Via unsubscribe link | Unsubscribed by the user by clicking on the unsubscription link included in your message |
