You can easily check at any time all the email addresses that have been unsubscribed from your messages (voluntarily or automatically) under Recipients > Channels > Emails > Unsubscribed. Here you can also filter unsubscribed based on:
- email address
- message
- unsubscribe type
Unsubscribe type

| Via admin action | Unsubscribed by the administrator by changing the user status |
| Via unsubscribe link | Unsubscribed by the user by clicking on the unsubscription link included in your message |
| Via import | Unsubscribed during the import process, by selecting the advanced option Import as unsubscribed (opted out) |

| Due to spam complaint | Recipients clicking the "spam" button in the ISP webmail menu (e.g. Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) |
| Email was incorrect (bad syntax) | Email addresses with syntax errors (e.g. without a "@") |
| Email was invalid (bad domain) | Email related to a no longer existing domain |
