Transferring a DNS zone to MailUp allows you to delegate to MailUp the configuration of all aspects of the DNS (Spf, Dkim signatures, Dmarc, MX, etc.), making it easier to optimise sender authentication, as well as the customisations offered by some of the services of our Deliverability department (for example: Brand Shield).

The DNS modification phase must involve a specific area, which the customer must communicate to our Deliverability department in order to proceed with the above-mentioned activities.

Operationally speaking, the customer must add the following 2 NS records for the sub-domain for which he intends to activate the delegation:

ns2.nweb.it
ns5.nweb.it

Example:

The Example SPA customer uses example.com as his domain and decides to delegate the management of the "newsletter.example.com" zone that he intends to use with MailUp. It will therefore have to modify the DNS configuration of example.com by creating the host "newsletter.example.com" on which to make the two NSs indicated above authoritative.
