Web Services (MailUp API)

Web Services (MailUp API)

The Web Services page refers to the credentials that are needed to integrate MailUp with your website or database.

MailUp's SOAP APIs are organized in two ways, and you can select them from the drop-down menu at the top of the page:

  • WSMailUpImport: is a service that allows you to import users using Web Services
  • FrontEnd: is the service used by pages. aspx to subscribe, unsubscribe and change the data of a single user.

MailUp API Credentials

To know more about the credentials needed for the integration and where to find them, visit this page of our API guide.

We advise you to tick "Enable web service" and "Enable IP address validation".

To allow the connection between your website and the MailUp platform, add here the IP address of your website, by clicking on "Add IP address" and then "Add".

Make sure of having added the IP address: Without the IP address the platform is not able to call the web service. Call to IPs not registered will be refused.
