Performance Scores

Introduction

The performance score is a key success indicator for our customers' email campaigns. This document provides an overview of how the score is calculated by comparing the open rate (OR) of a specific customer with corporate benchmarks.

Open Rate (OR)

The OR is a metric that measures the percentage of opened s out of the total number of emails sent. A high OR indicates a high level of recipient engagement and, consequently, a successful email campaign.

Score calculation

The performance score is based on a comparison between the OR of a specific customer and benchmarks set by the company. Benchmarks are calculated using the ORs of our best customers, thus guaranteeing a standard of excellence.

Specificity of the Calculation

The OR is calculated by grouping and comparing mailbox providers that follow the same filtering logic.
This allows for a more accurate and comparable evaluation. The groups include:

  • Google

  • Microsoft

  • B2B

  • Providers using Cloudmark

  • Other providers
