Limitation on file hosting inside the platform

Each MailUp platform has a hosting space available to host files connected to Platform mailings. This space is therefore intended exclusively for loading files related to this function.

The conditions for using platform file hosting are:

• The space available is free and unlimited.
• Uploaded images and / or documents, which can only be recalled from sent messages or from the web version of such messages, have a limit of 12MB for each file uploaded with the drag & drop editor and 20MB for each file uploaded with the HTML editor.
• Use of the "Attachments" feature has an overall limit of 7 MB per message.
