Lotus Notes does not display my emails properly

Lotus Notes does not display my emails properly

Lotus Notes is not fully compatible with standard HTML syntax. So recipients using Lotus Notes - especially older releases - might experience issues with email messages that are properly displayed by other popular email clients   .

Below you will find links to pages that will help you create  emails that are more compatible with Lotus Notes. Please note that messages created this way will probably be less appealing to recipients who use other email clients.

As an alternative, you can decide to disregard any display issues in Lotus Notes and leverage the Web link at the beginning of the message to have those readers open the message in a browser. For example, the link could say: "In case of display problems (e.g. Lotus Notes), click here to open the message in your browser".

You can insert a link to the Web version of the message in the header, so that it is added automatically to all messages sent. For more information on this feature, click here.
